Front Entrance: This is a picture of the entrance to the Inn. It is situated on the corner of 18th and Lighthouse Avenue.
Private Garden Area: There is a very small garden in the rear of the Inn between the main house and the coach house. Some of the rooms look out into this area. The blue house is a private residence and not a part of the Gosby House Inn.< This is the view directly across from the picture in view 1. Behind the lattice is an ice machine, and the lattice covers the bottom of the raised porch directly outside of room 22 (Point Lobos).
Gosby House Foyer: This is your first view of the inside of the Inn. The doorway leads into the dining area. To the right of that door is the front stairway that lead to the upper floor landing, next to that is the entrance to the parlor.
The Parlor ~ In this shot you can see the lovely fireplace (once again for ambiance not function) the door to the right is the only bathrom on the main floor. You can see one of the wingback chairs (on the right side of this photo) that are in view 3.

The Dining Room: The windows have beautiful stained glass accents, and their is a huge an antique sideboard where all the breakfast beverages are served. There are several seating areas in here to eat at, and one large dining table that can be expanded to seat eight.

Harrison-McKinley Room 3: This room is located to the front of the inn on the second level. The maid service hadn't been by yet but at least it gives you an idea of the layout of the room. It does have a closet.

Judge Langford ~ Room 7: This is considered a cozy room, meaning it's very small, but it does have a closet and the windows look out over 19th Street. It is on the second floor towards the back of the inn. That's Eric in the picture to give you some perspective.

Holman Room 9: This room is on the second floor and is adjacent to our room. There are similar rooms: #/s 3, 4, and 9. Make sure you ask for this room if you like the decor. There is a much better photo on their site.

The Gosby ~ Room 11: In our room we had a queen-size bed, which had quality linens and a dowm comforter. To the right you see a rolltop writing desk next to that was a small TV on a stand, which I think ruined the ambiance of the room, but I suppose there are some people who can't live without one; on the same wall is a recessed window with stained glass artwork.

Trimmer-Hill Room 13: The pictures I took of this room didn't turn out. It is is located on the lower level and has a lovely patio off of the french doors. There is an similar room #20. There's a link on this picture.
Flora's Room ~ Room 14: Located on the lower level next to the office it has a Queen-size bed. The entrance to the room is just to your right and the door to the bathroom is to the left.
This picture didn't turn out as well as I would have liked, still you can see that the room has a lovely window seat that looks out on 18th Street. It has one of those deep jetted tubs. Unfortunately the maid service was there when were.
Elmarie Dyke ~ Room 17: Located on the main floor of the inn towards the back of the house. The entrance to the garden is just off of the left of the room. The window seat looks out into the garden. View from the window seat. The room has no closet but a armoire. The bathroom is on the other side of the wall the armoire is on.
This room has a queen bed. All the rooms have Gund teddy bears that you can purchase.
This room has a simple shower.
Julia Pratt ~ Room 18: The entrance to the the suite faces 18th street and has this quaint porch to sit and relax on. It may look a little bleak and barren right now but we went in winter. I'm sure in the spring and summer it is quite lush with beautiful flowers.
This room is huge and although the dark wallpaper may be misleading because of its size it makes the room look cozy and inviting. It has a queen-size, four poster bed.
A great antique desk sits next to the window that faces 18th Street.
A lovely gas fireplace directly across from the bed.
This is a partial view of the seating area. As you can see there is a TV. The loveseat sofa is situated at the foot of the bed.
It has the funky vanity in the room business going on but at least it's not obvious because it's in a recessed area. There isn't a closet but this lovely victorian armoire sufices.
Deep, jetted, spa tub/shower combo.
Farley ~ Room 19: This room is on the main level and has an entrance out into the garden. It has a queen-size bed.
Has a deep, jetted, spa tub/shower.
Lover's Point ~ Room 20: Is at street level and has a quaint porch entrance adjacent to the Julia Pratt room. It has a cozy seating area and a TV/DVD player hidden in an antique armoire. This room has a King sized canopy bed.
This room also has the funky vanity thing going on with the vanity being in the bedroom and not the bathroom.
This room has a lovely, deep, jetted, spa tub.
La Porte ~ Room 21: This room is off the garden area and has french doors for the entrance. It has a queen-size bed.As you can see the room is done in pale greens with peach accents. This is a lovely sitting area, but the fireplace is more for ambiance than providing heat.
The only thing I found funky about this room is that the vanity was in the bedroom and not the bathroom.
It has just a standard shower/tub combo.
Point Lobos ~ Room 22: This room is in the former carriage house on the lower level. There is an identical room above it called Jack's Peak Room #23. It comes with a King size bed,and a balcony. This is the lovely seating area in this room. The window looks out onto the garden area and has private patio. Once again the fireplace is gas and is more for ambiance than it is for heat.
This room comes with a lovely jetted spa tub and separate shower and a private toilet.
